How It Works?

Place Your Order
Whether it’s, one pair or two, place your order on our website. All orders come with Authentication Certificates and KYX Ratings. You will have the option to decline these options in Step 2.

Getting the Details
A KYX rep will email you to get information to complete your order. Including the shipping address, shoe brand, whether you want to decline authentication/rating, and a picture of the shoes you are sending in.

Secure Packaging and Pickup
Once we receive your information we will send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. Simply pack up your sneakers securely and drop them off at the nearest UPS location.

Pro-Clean
Our team of sneaker aficionadas will work their magic on your shoes, employing professional grade techniques to remove dirt, stains, and odor.

Authentication
We will take your shoes through our authentication process so we can provide you with a certificate of authenticity.

KYX Rating Report
Upon completion of cleaning, we’ll take your sneakers through our KYX Rating process so you can see an objective rating of each of the components of your shoes.

Sneakers returned in Pristine Condition
Your sparkling-clean, certified authentic sneakers, along with its KYX Rating report card, will be safely delivered to your doorstep. Get ready to rock your kicks with pride!

Shipping
Shipping to and from the US is included in the pricing of your sneakers. That means you don’t have to worry about any additional shipping charges during checkout.
Insurance Coverage:
We provide insurance for $200 per pair for each way. This coverage protects your sneakers in case of damage, loss, or theft during transit. Rest assured, your sneakers are protected until they reach your doorstep.
Extra Coverage:
If your sneakers are valued at more than $200 per pair, and you would like to have additional coverage during shipping, please feel free to reach out to us at support@kyxsneakers.com before placing your order. We can discuss the options available to meet your specific needs.
Responsibility for Extra Fees:
In the unfortunate event that the replacement cost of your sneakers exceeds the covered amount of $200 per pair, you will be responsible for any extra fees incurred. Therefore, if your sneakers are of higher value, we recommend considering additional insurance coverage to safeguard your investment.
