Are the shoes on KYX authentic?

We appreciate and take very seriously the potential for counterfeit product sales. Accordingly, we have a multi-step process that we have developed and implemented to verify the authenticity of our products. In addition to our extensive internal procedures, a key component of this process is that we also engage a third-party that specializes in performing an authentication process. If the third-party reports to us that there is any risk that a product is not authentic, then we will not offer the product for sale. If you do feel like you have received a pair you believe is not authentic please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt of the product. You can learn more about that process  HERE  

Who sets the prices on KYX?

We set our prices based on multiple factors that include: overall current market pricing, demand, and condition. Our goal is to offer the best value for each pair of sneakers you buy. Also, know that we don't do any extra fees when you get to checkout. All that will be added on are taxes according to your area, and shipping cost.

Do the shoes come with the Original Box?

You can check the "Details" tab of each product to see if that pair of shoes comes with its original box. Look for "Box Condition". If the box is OG to the sneakers we will note if the condition is Good or Damaged. If the shoes DO NOT have their original box we will note "KYX Box". We cannot accept returns due to a pair of shoes not having its original box.

Do the shoes come with extras?

We try to include as many of the OG extras as we can. We will note any extras or accessories in the "Details" tab of each shoe. This could include laces, tags, etc. If there are no extras listed that means that shoe does not come with any extras.

Are your pictures of the actual shoe?

Yes! We individually photograph every pair of shoes we sell. Our goal is to show you every inch of each shoe so you know exactly what you are buying. You can learn more about our photography HERE. The photos on this website are provided to assist you in your used sneaker purchases. However, the photo may differ from the actual product due to reproduction limitations of the photograph and limitations of viewing photos at different resolutions, devices, hue, brightness, contrast, and other screen variations. That is why we recommend using the KYX Rating scale together with the photography in making your decisions.

Can I see additional pictures of the shoes?

With our 360° and top/bottom photography every part of the shoe is captured so nothing is missed for you. But we know that buying used shoes online can be tough, so if you need additional pictures feel free to reach out to us through the chat and we'll do our best to help!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you may cancel or change your order up to 12 hours after your order is placed (as long as it has not shipped yet). If your order has shipped you may not change or cancel your order. Also, we are unable to change your shipping address after the product has shipped. Please check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Do you accept trades?

We do not accept trades. But we do purchase shoes directly. You can learn more and submit your shoe(s) for an offer HERE at our "We Buy Used Sneakers" page.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in all states and territories where it is required by law.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless you received an incorrect product. As all of our products are pre-worn, all sales are final. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent with the condition of a shoe. This includes box condition, laces, smells, etc. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the sizing is appropriate before purchasing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, Venmo, and Shop. We also offer Shop Pay Installments.

 

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 

What is your shipping process?

We have already authenticated and processed all of the inventory on our site. All orders placed before 1pm EST we ship the same day. Any orders after that time will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship out on Sat/Sun or most federal holidays. Our standard shipping will arrive in 3-6 business days depending on location. The standard shipping cost is $14.95 unless your order is $250 or over, in which case shipping is free. Our express shipping will arrive in 2-4 business days from the order date. The express shipping cost is $29.95. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We recommend everyone double check their shipping address while placing the order and upon receiving the email confirmation. If you notice that you put the wrong address on an order please notify us immediately with the correct address. If the product has been shipped out we are unable to change the address and not responsible for the buyer not receiving their product. In the event we are able to change the address after a product is shipped, we will require the customer to pay those fees before we can update the delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships we will send you a tracking number. Also, you can log into your account to see updates on your order status.

What do I do if the tracking number doesn’t work?

Your tracking number can take up to 2 hours to update in our system. If you don't see it please reach out to us and we can help you out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship the same day(normal business days) on orders placed before 1pm EST. Orders typically arrive in 3-6 business days from your order date for Standard Shipping. For Express you can expect it 2-4 days from your order date. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we only ship to the contiguous United States(not Alaska or Hawaii).

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
